Technical data — basic information your browser sends (such as IP address and device/browser type) and data needed to keep you signed in.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis

To provide the service and fulfil your orders — to create your account, price and produce your cutting lists, and process payments and collections (lawful basis: performance of a contract).
To communicate with you — to send order, quote and account emails, and to reply to enquiries (contract / legitimate interests).
To run and secure the site — to keep you signed in, prevent abuse, and maintain the service (legitimate interests).
To meet legal obligations — for example keeping records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site, and only as needed:

Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — sending transactional emails (order, quote, account and verification messages).
Our hosting provider — to host the website and database.

We do not sell your personal data.
